# iRocket Careers

> iRocket Careers is a focused, REMOTE-ONLY US job board with exactly two families — Build (software, AI, data, product, design, security) and Sell (sales, marketing, revenue ops) — at two career ends: entry / new-grad and senior / executive. No middle. Every job is remote. It is the board arm of the Just Badge family; the sister product ELITE verifies skills. Matched on proof, not a chat.

## The board's promise
- Every job is remote — the board is remote-only by rule (no on-site, no hybrid).
- Every job is real — pulled directly from the employer's own ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby), via the Fantastic Jobs Active Jobs DB.
- Pay is posted up front — a salary is required on every listing. No salary mystery.
- Nothing is older than 7 days, and closed jobs are swept daily. No ghost jobs.
- No staffing-agency reposts — you apply at the source, on the employer's own hiring system; iRocket does not host the application.
- US-based roles only.
