We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Product Manager to join our team. This is a Full-Time, fully remote position where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the products that empower our clients and mortgage professionals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences within the financial services sector.

Salary: $85,000 - $140,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with our company goals and client-centric ethos.
• Define product requirements, create user stories, and manage the product backlog through collaboration with engineering, design, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery through to launch, post-launch analysis, and iteration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all aspects of your product, effectively communicating with and managing expectations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse product performance data and user feedback to make informed decisions for future product enhancements.
• Champion a customer-focused approach, ensuring the client experience is at the centre of all product development decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Product Manager, preferably within the FinTech, financial services, or mortgage industry.
• A strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
• Demonstrable experience in gathering user requirements and translating them into clear and actionable development tasks.
• A genuine passion for creating products that solve real-world problems for users.
